Having personally been at the helm of 2,950+ real estate sales across their careers, the duo has become the go-to team for builders and existing home sellers in the City of Seattle, having cultivated and perfected their formula, “The Science of Real Estate”. Tom and Rebecca are thoughtful and attentive when assisting buyers, guiding them to the right investment for their best interests. Over the years, they have earned a fantastic reputation, alongside a strong rate of repeat clients and referrals. With this duo now ranked as the #1 listing broker duo in all of King County in terms of homes sold, the two remain focused on the core values that set them apart. Outside of real estate, Tom and Rebecca are dedicated to their community. In honor of her grandfather, who first sparked her interest in real estate, Rebecca enjoys hosting fundraising efforts for local senior centers throughout the year. The two are just as committed to their industry, co-hosting Street Talk for NW News Radio-AM 1000, Seattle’s #1 weekend talk radio show airing on Sundays from 9-11AM, where they field listener questions on the local market. As their volume maintains its steady growth, Tom and Rebecca intend on expanding their reach, while scaling their unique. In the meantime, though, they look forward discovering to all the “gold” that awaits in King County and beyond.

My passion for building relationships, connecting people, and helping to better my community are the foundation for my approach to working with home buyers and sellers. Guiding clients through the exciting and highly personal experience of a real estate transaction is something I approach with excitement and a great amount of care. I enjoy meeting and working with people of diverse backgrounds and have a particular passion for helping first-time home buyers navigate the ever-changing nuances in the Seattle real estate market. I spend free time with my wife working on our home and yard, planning travel anywhere we can practice Spanish, and coercing our children out the door to sports practices, adventures in the mountains, or excursions to the beautiful beaches of the Puget Sound. Samuel is a dedicated broker and plays a unique, critical role in assisting our sales team. With 10+ years in customer service ranging from Starbucks to Nordstrom to Amazon, Sammy embodies flexibility, helpfulness, and learning on-the-go. He prioritizes clients and has a service-first mindset, while always looking for the next valuable piece of experience to improve. Bi-lingual in Spanish and English, he's a jack of all trades with diverse experience all over the greater Seattle area. When he's not dedicating all his time and attention to others, you can find him spending time with family and friends or out on the green!

Erika's passion for real estate started at a young age while watching her father build dream homes in the Greater Seattle Area. As a real estate broker, she strives to make people smile in the same way and in finding homes that will nurture their every need. With an education from the University of Washington, passion for community work and the compassionate diligence she inherited from her dad, Erika is equipped with the skill set she needs to provide her clients with the best service possible.

Demetre is a Seattle native, who joined the Alchemy Real Estate Team in 2015 as a broker. In 2016 Demetre became the Builder Services Coordinator, managing and tracking upcoming projects as well as managing Alchemy’s in-house database. In 2017 Demetre transitioned to a role on the Alchemy Acquisition Team becoming the Land Acquisitions Coordinator. Since June 2020 Demetre has taken on a role as the Marketing Manager for Alchemy, with the objective of helping the branding of Alchemy Real Estate!

Mario is a Real Estate Broker serving the Greater Seattle Area. For the past 5 years, he's had the pleasure of helping his clients buy and sell homes. Mario was born and raised in Seattle, which gives him an intimate knowledge of everything Seattle has to offer. In his free time, Mario loves spending time in the great outdoors with his two boys, Mason and Caden.

Jim joined Alchemy Real Estate in 2014 and is a Seattle native. He has brokered and successfully closed transactions representing buyers and sellers in King, Snohomish, and Kitsap County. These transactions included listings, purchases, & pre-sale homes. Jim has a strong passion for helping his clients achieve their real estate dreams!

Gabe is a Principal and co-Founder of Alchemy Real Estate. Born and raised in the Baltimore Metro area, Gabe’s first career was in the restaurant business where he landed a job at the age of 13. At the young age of 18, Gabe had worked his way up from a chef to co-owner of a restaurant. After running the business for a few years, Gabe sold his portion of the business to start a new life and career in Seattle. In 1997, Gabe entered the real estate world and spent his first year in the business with a small local independent agency. He then moved on to Windermere Real Estate where he discovered and grew his niche as an urban land broker. After a few years there, Gabe moved to Re/Max where his success continued. In 2007, he co-founded Alchemy Real Estate with Jay Miller. Combined with their experience and deep understanding of the marketplace, they built Seattle’s first full-service builder developer brokerage services company. Nineteen years later, Alchemy has five departments and is currently a team of 25 people. Those departments are land acquisitions, new home listing services, entitlement services, new construction buyer’s agency and retail listing services. Having represented around 175 builder/developers in 800+/- land acquisitions, Alchemy has sold around 6,000 speculative housing units.

Rebecca Mitsui is now in her twentieth year in the real estate business and she is blessed to have built long lasting relationships with her clients, many of which she considers friends. You will often hear her say that she loves what she does and loves the people she works with. It is no wonder that her teammates, colleagues and clients feel the same about her! Rebecca, as President of Alchemy Real Estate is proud to partner with her long time friend, Gabe Rosenshine and the entire Alchemy team.

Matt has served as Chief Financial Officer for Alchemy Real Estate since 2007, dealing with all matters related to the company’s finances, systems and operations. Matt has over 20 years of experience in accounting and business operations as well as systems development and management. Prior to joining Alchemy Real Estate, Matt spent 7 years as a Controller and Manager at Sign Pros and 3 years in Compliance, Auditing and Systems at Chase Manhattan Mortgage. Matt is a Pacific Northwest native, who lives in Bellevue with his wife Shelby and their two dogs.
